Dia dhuit, Ireland is an amazing country with an intense but interesting history. I stayed in Dublin and had a day trip to Belfast. From previous travels the whole country is absolutely beautiful with unbelievably charismatic and kind people. Travelling Ireland is easy to navigate as a solo gluten free traveller, with clear labelling and restaurants with gluten free options. Following are my musts when visiting Dublin and taking day trips across the country! Number one: Pub culture.... one more Bulmers thanks! Yes I've got to be honest I love a drink and sitting in a bar in Ireland listening to Irish folk music whilst sipping down a cool beverage was one of the things I fantasized about when planning my trip. Travelling on tour can definitely be difficult at times. Unfortunately it is one of those things where you have to be carefree, go with the flow and understand that you are in a travel bubble that will end at some point SO GET OVER THE BULLSHIT and enjoy the here and now. Itinerary of the Southern Adventure (Day 7 to 13) Leaving Amarillo, we visited the Cadillac Graveyard which was super awesome. However, when we were there, it was so cold and the breeze was so intense that it was hard to enjoy i...

As someone who has only been aware of being coeliac in recent years it has led to a complete shift in my attitude and thinking when it comes to food and even to travelling. In the past, I have been the eat it all traveller, eating anything and everything that may be considered a cultural delicacy. However with those days firmly behind me I have had to learn to change my mindset and my expectations of travelling. Now as a HUGE travel enthusiast and fanatic I am always chasing that next high of planning, booking and escaping to new and exciting lands. This means that I refuse to live in fear of getting out and about and finding places where I can still experience some of the cuisine and the dining cultures in other countries. This post is sharing my three tips you must do to survive any overseas or interstate journey. Hope you find them helpful and that they will help you bite t...
